Idaho Pollutant Discharge Elimination System Program (IPDES) E-Permitting System

Welcome to the IPDES E-Permitting system. This system allows users to electronically manage most aspects of their IPDES application, permit, or notice of intent (NOI).

We recommend that new applicants and existing permittees contact IPDES permit staff prior to completing an electronic application or NOI, especially if the facility or activity is a new discharger. DEQ has multiple options for permitting including the reuse of treated wastewater. Contact the appropriate DEQ Regional Office to schedule a meeting.

Reporting: Users can electronically submit annual reports, noncompliance reports, and other documentation required for a specific permit.

Permits: Users can submit individual permit applications and track their permit status. In 2021, users will be able to submit NOIs for general permits, along with Low Erosivity Waivers and Certificate of No Exposure applications.

Facilities: Certifying officials and duly authorized representatives can edit and update facility information. Facility administrators can manage other user access to the facility account.

Invoices and Payments: Users can manage their IPDES fees and payments. This includes viewing invoices and making electronic payments directly through Access Idaho.

Signature and Submittal: Certifying officials and duly authorized representatives can electronically sign and submit documents and information.

Settings: Users can edit their name, associated facility, password, security questions, and view their electronic signature agreement.
